How Can I Contact Customer Service?

3. PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Do prints come with a frame? - Currently our prints do not come with a frame, but we are looking into this for the future.

Paper & Print Quality? - We use award winning professional 230gsm inkjet matte premium paper

- She is Gold art prints are printed with premium inks, ensuring intense color saturation and archival-grade print durability. Printed in the UK.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Wall Art - Included files: You will receive a zip file for the 5 scalable high resolution JPEG at 300 dpi for each design. Please see product description for further details.

Christian Digital Resources You will receive a PDF File. Please see product description for further details.

    Use? Can be used to purchase any product.

    Delivery? Gift cards delivered instantly via email.

    Redeem? Enter the unique code during checkout to redeem a gift card.

    Returns? Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

    Expiration? Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

    Lost or Stolen? Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

    Remaining Balance? Any remaining balance can be used for future orders if the gift card has not yet expired.

     

    4. ORDERING

    Custom Orders  - Not available. We offer a curated collection of Christian Minimalist art available for purchase.

    Wholesale/Bulk Discounts? - Minimum order quantity: 50 items. - Contact us for details.

    Gift Wrapping? - Unavailable, but products are carefully packaged for gifting.

    Physical Store? -  We are an online store only. 

     

    5. ORDER MANAGEMENT

    Change of Delivery Address?

    - Cannot be changed after order placement.

    - Confirmation may take a few minutes. Check spam folder. - Contact customer service if not received within 24 hours.

    Order Changes? - Only possible if the order has not been processed yet. - Contact customer service (info@sheisgold.co.uk)

    Order Cancelation?- Only possible if the order has not been processed yet. -  Contact customer service (info@sheisgold.co.uk)

    Order Delay? -First, check tracking number status.

    -  If the expected delivery window has passed, contact customer service (info@sheisgold.co.uk) and include your Order Number.

    Wrong Item Received? - Contact customer service (info@sheisgold.co.uk) and include:- Order Number - Photos of the wrong item(s) and package

    Missing Item in Order? - Check tracking number for orders with multiple parcels.- Contact customer service (info@sheisgold.co.uk) within 30 days of order arrival and include:- Order Number -Photos of received item(s)

     

    6. SHIPPING INFORMATION 

    Do You Ship Overseas? - Currently no, but we are looking into this, going forward. 

    Tacking Number?: - Provided via email for all orders.

    Order Processing & Shipping Times -  Processing: 1-2 business days. - Shipping: Estimated 2-4 business days

    Note: We are not responsible for unforeseen delays beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please refer to our FAQ section or contact us if the delivery window has passed.

     

    7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    -  30-day return policy from the date of receipt (excludes shipping costs).

    How Do Returns Work? - Before returning any items, please contact us within 30 days of order arrival (info@sheisgold.co.uk) and include your Order Number and a photo of your item. 

    - Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense. If items arrive damaged, we can only offer a 50% refund.

    - Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

    - As soon as we receive and register your return and if you followed our Return instructions, we will make a corresponding refund to the payment method you used for your order.

    - Refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your account depending on your credit card provider.

    Gift Cards

    Can I return or get a refund for a gift card? - No, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

     

    8. DAMAGED ITEMS & CLAIMS

    Damaged Item in Order? We take utmost care in packaging your order securely. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 30 days of arrival) and submit a claim to resolve the issue (see how below).

    How to Submit a Claim?

    - Notify us within 30 days of arrival (info@sheisgold.co.uk) and include:

    - Your Order Number

    - Relevant information on the damaged item(s)

    - Photos of package and damaged item(s) - Replacements offered for damaged items, no full refund. If you prefer to not receive a replacement, please initiate a return or make alternative arrangements with us.

     

    9. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

     Accepted Payment Methods? - We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) and PayPal.

    Payment Error? - Contact your bank, or try PayPal or another card.

     

    DATA & PRIVACY PROTECTION
